STELLAR is a DevOps learning and community website at stellarxsi.com. This notice explains how account and community data are used.
Account and sign-in data
For email accounts, we process your email address, profile information and authentication data. If you choose Google or LinkedIn sign-in, we request the basic profile and email information supplied by that provider to sign you in and create or maintain your STELLAR account. Signing in does not grant access to your mailbox, contacts or permission to post on your behalf.
What you choose to share
We process the profile details, posts, comments, reactions, learning progress, messages and uploaded media you provide to operate the features you use. Public posts and profile information may be visible to other visitors. Messages are available to conversation participants according to the application's access controls. Consider what you share before posting.
Service providers
STELLAR uses Supabase for authentication and application data, and Cloudflare for site delivery and media services. Authentication emails may be delivered through Brevo when configured. These providers process data needed to deliver those services. Jarvis displays prepared STELLAR explanations and lesson references without sending your questions to an external AI provider.
Browser storage and security
The site uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, preferences and learning features. Sign-in tokens and access controls help protect accounts. Email signup does not require proof of email ownership; password recovery uses an emailed link. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Site analytics
Google Analytics measures visits, referral sources, learning paths, lesson views and reading activity using cookies and browser/device information. We do not send your email, profile details, messages, form contents or authentication tokens to Analytics. Analytics data is processed by Google and may be processed outside your country. Standard reports are aggregated and are not an account activity log.
Retention and your choices
Account and community data are retained to operate the service. You can edit your profile and manage content using the controls available in the site. To request access, correction or deletion of your account data, contact the STELLAR operator at [email protected]. Requests are subject to verification and any applicable retention obligations. Revoking a provider connection does not itself delete your STELLAR account.

We will update this page when our data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision.
